Auction Policies

If it's not covered below... we will operate using the following maxim: "Everything is negotiable... EXCEPT Character!"

Suitability
We do not warrant or guarantee the use, suitability, or results of using any of the items we sell on eBay. The entire risk of a product's suitability for a specific purpose shall be assumed by the purchaser.

Payment

PayPal—eBay's service to make fast, easy, and secure payments for your eBay purchases!

We accept PayPal (www.paypal.com) for all transactions and encourage this form of payment, since it allows us to process your order quickly and securely. You may also pay via cashiers check or money order. NOTE: NO other forms of payment will be accepted!

Payment is required within ten (10) days of auction close. If payment is not received within this time frame, the item(s) in question may be offered to the next highest bidder or another party. Payments received after ten (10) days, for items that have been resold/offered to another party, will be returned via PayPal. A "Non-Paying Bidder" report and/or Negative Feedback will/may result from a failure to pay for items purchased. Please contact us promptly to resolve any payment related issues.

Handling Fees
A flat-rate handling fee of either $2.50 (Books, Cosmetics, Small Toys, etc.) or $5.00 (Electronics, sporting goods, artwork, etc.) will be charged for EACH item sold.  In certain cases, where items require special packing/crating services for safe shipment or are being shipped internationally, a higher handling fee may be charged.  This fee covers packing your item carefully for shipment and our membership in Square Trade (www.squaretrade.com) and Reliable Merchants (www.reliablemerchants.com). These services help us deliver the smooth transaction and superior customer service we are known for.

Important Note: Multiple quantities of an item purchased in a "Dutch" auction format will still have individual handling fees applied, even when combined shipping (see next paragraph) is chosen. Large items or items requiring special packaging may have higher handling fees.

Shipping Destinations

U.S. FlagOur standard shipping policy for all auctions is to ship ONLY to locations within the United States.  International bidders must contact us BEFORE bidding, to determine if we will sell to them and can satisfy their shipping needs.  NOTE: All import/duty fees for international shipments will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Extra handling fees may apply (see above).

How We Ship

U.S. Postal ServiceWe ship all our items via either the US Postal Service or UPS.  Appropriate delivery options are included as part of each auction listing.  Small items are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Larger items or items that require insurance are shipped via UPS.  If you desire a shipping method that is not included in the auction listing, please contact us BEFORE placing your bid.  We may either add it to the item's shipping options or arrange for you to manually "checkout" at the end of the auction.  We reserve the right to NOT change advertised shipping options.

Shipping Fees
Actual shipping costs will be calculated when you check out. You decide on how quickly you want the item to arrive and any insurance or guaranteed delivery options. We will gladly combine shipping whenever possible. NOTE: If you would like to purchase multiple items and combine shipping, you MUST contact us prior to making payment. We WILL NOT ship non "Media" items via "Media Mail."

Returns
You may only return an item under two conditions:
1) The item you receive is different from that described in the auction.
2) The item is D.O.A.
Note: Since all items are tested prior to shipment, D.O.A. items will be treated as a shipping loss. IMPORTANT! If you want to protect yourself against possible D.O.A. merchandise, you MUST insure your shipment!

Feedback
We enjoy leaving positive feedback for buyers and sellers who follow-through and conduct business in a positive and ethical manner. We reserve the right to leave negative or neutral feedback for those who do not. We will always attempt to resolve disputes to the satisfaction of both parties, prior to leaving non-positive feedback.
